Ciccarelli gelato and sorbet are available in catering tubs of 5Ltr containers ideal for scooping counters. Each gelato will come with a hand designed artisan topping making your counter look so attractive your customers will not be able to resist.
Alternatively why not try our 120ml individual tubs range available in packs of 24 and great for grab and go customers if you have a small kiosk or in theatres and cinemas. These tubs come complete with spoon/scoop within its lid.
We also supply ice cream alternatives in Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate flavours, ideal for milkshakes.
Franco and Domenico are experts in gelato making and oversee all production on both sites to ensure Ciccarelli gelato meets our high standards of quality and taste.
Our gelato has a low fat content; this means gelato releases intense flavours. When a recipe contains a high butter/fat content in ice-cream the more it clings to the taste buds and dulls the flavour. Whereas with gelato recipes being traditionally low in fat you get the full impact of whatever delicious flavour you are tasting.
Gelato is usually stored at a slightly warmer temperature than ice cream, which makes it a little softer than ice cream (again making it taste richer and creamier). Both ice cream and gelato are stored well below freezing, in order to maintain its creamy ‘melt in your mouth’ consistency.
Whichever flavour you desire we can create, from traditional to bespoke. Our gelato and sorbet are made from fresh fruit and fresh fruit pulp to guarantee their authentic flavour.
Take our strawberry gelato, it tastes more intense than if you had picked the strawberries fresh yourself.
We also make yogurt flavoured gelato with various added ripples.
